Troubleshooting Update.

Thanks to all the lovely ladies who helped me through my little dilemma.  I went back to my “regular” hair regimen this week, which incorporated most of my favorite products (including my Sulfate Shampoo).  Here’s what I did:

Pre-Poo – Grapeseed Oil
Shampoo – ORS Olive Oil Creamy Aloe Shampoo
Final Rinse – Roux Porosity Control
Leave-Ins – Aphogee Keratin & Green Tea Restructurizer and GVP The Conditioner
I set my hair with magnetic rollers, misted my hair with Proclaim Glosser and sat under the hooded dryer for about an hour.  Right before bed, I pin curled my hair and here are my results:
^^I’m 11 weeks post relaxer^^
I’m not sure how I’m going to proceed with the Organix Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo, but I am going to finish it…waste not, want not…

  1. Nice curls, I really need to venture into roller setting but the hair drying time deters me. Very pretty lip colour!

  2. AMAZING Kim!!! Your hair looks gorgeous!! It's so shiny, full and healthy! Great job! I'm so glad you got it figured out!

  3. I feel you. I hate sitting under the dryer. It's the worst part of it all for me. (Thanks!)

  4. Purty curls! I so need to start rollersetting! If I was to sit under the dryer, then get up and let it airdry then go back under later to finish, could that work?
And I can't do sulfate free either, unless I'm following my sulfate shampoo.

  5. Your hair looks so pretty!! You always make me want to pull out my rollers haha.

  6. Thanks, Mija! That's exactly how I did it. I sat under the dryer for 30 minutes, then I spent an hour or 2 around the house and finished up with another 30 minutes to an hour under the hooded dryer.

  7. You and your hair look beautiful!! Loving the whole look!

  8. Your hair looks good again! I use old shampoo i dont want to Wash cashmere and wool clothes. Works fine!
