I’m one week into my no heat challenge and I’ve got about 9 more weeks to go. Since my decision to try this out, I’ve been brainstorming on how I should change my regimen to give me the best air dried hair. And I know what you’re thinking, “Kim, you’ve done this heat free thing before. You’ve got this.” Yes, you’re right but I haven’t gone heat free for more than 2-3 weeks at a time since 2011 and I’ve always felt like I could do better when it comes to air drying. I’ve never been able to nail down a regimen that provides me with consistently good results. I made a video(see below) discussing the possible changes to my regimen and I’m still not positive on what final regimen I will end up with, but I’m looking forward to testing out new combinations.
